Namaste people! In this 30 min yoga morning flow we have a complete yogic practice including the most important asanas. The vinyasa is pretty advanced, but you can make it even more intense doing 10 circles of surya namaskar or sun salutations beforehand and including some inversions like a headstand in the end. The yoga flow includes some yogic stretches, twists, chest extensions and deep forward bends. Perfect way to start your day healthy and full of energy!
