I’m almost 49 years and during a big part of those years have started and stopped fitness programs countless times. Since I found Sydney I have done her workouts daily for the past six months without missing. That has never happened. I love her words of encouragement and she is just so GENUINE!

Every month I miss around 4 days of workout because of my periods and I end up feeling really guilty about it. I realize it's an essential break my body needs, still I am unable to rid myself of the feeling of guilt. Anyone else out there who feels this way and how do you cope with it ? Coming back to this workout after 4 days of hiatus and I am extremely grateful for Sydney, everyday.

The balance and the compound moves really really challenged me!!! Every circuit was a major sweat sesh and heart rate was up! I'm starting to really love this challenge on unilateral work... It was tough but I love it!!

Ready for the whole body circuit after a well rested weekend. It is going to be challenging but we are all ready for it Friends and we can do it. Thanks Friends for sticking out these workouts with me. Makes me so motivated. Just finished it and crushed it. My favorite was the balancing bicep tricep and core. Absolutely loving all.tye different surprises. Did the band stretch from yesterday. That felt so good after a hard workout.

Hi Sydney , I might be 4 months delayed but I just want to let you know that I am simply loving the SF 3.0 series. I Love the variety you bring to this channel. Your energy and words of motivation helps me to become stronger each day, not just physically but mentally too.. .As a PP Mum of 2, it is not always that simple to get a lengthy workout in. I honestly love how excited and enthusiastic you are about each workout, it simply shines through.. Thank You for putting your best effort into these videos. I took quite a long break after my second baby but I have managed to stick to this programme and I am so darn proud of myself for showing up.. I have done many other workouts with various trainers or coaches but none compares to YOU!! Wanted to get another short workout in today, so I searched accross the channel and did this one again. At the end I noticed: 3 is the number... 3 circuits with 3 exercises 3 times through and 3 repeats in the exercises in 30 minutes. Love it!

This was one of my favorite workouts to date! I loved the variety within each circuit (made it fun and fly by!) and how you had the option to make it as manageable or challenging as you wanted.

Today was a little hard for me, had a doctor's appointment, got my birth control shot,found out I have to get off of it eventually, but my bone density scan was normal,I'm confused I cant keep working about it. I'm not letting anything stop me from WORKIN OUT !!! I'm still gonna push hard and keep going!!! 😊 it might be the last time taking it😱 but other than that, i still showed up and did it!!!!!!! Let's do this!!! NEVER GIVE UP!!!!!!!🤗🤗🤗

Added a bit of spice by closing my eyes on the single leg exercises! ( only try if you are good at single leg balance work !). Great start to the week. Have a good one.

Ooh I was one of the people called out at the end LOL. I got through the workout and felt okay, but realized it's because I didn't put in my all. Was pretty zoned out all day today and just went through the motions. I crushed this workout this afternoon after driving home from Kansas this morning after seeing my girlfriend for a few days. Dealing with a sharp right knee pain today, so I modified the Reverse Lunge press and just did the squat and press. Round 2 I did start lifting the knee with the press, but still no lunge. That worked! Curtsey was a bit slow for me, since I had to take it really easy. I think I gave about 80% of my max effort, but I am proud of my workout. I don't think I just showed up and skated through. I showed up for the 22nd day in a row, completed the workout to the best of my safest ability, and did step it up in weight. So, there! Thanks Sydney!
