He spends way too much time talking! He takes a 45 minute video to make one dish cuz he's constantly yammering about this and that.🤔 I don't need a classroom setting just tell me how to make the dish.

Andrew, you're awesome as always. Can you tell me how long you recommend keeping shrimp in the freezer? I see Kauai Shrimp sells by pounds. Can't wait to try this, looks so good. Love the beard, btw.

You can keep shrimp in your freezer for around a year if you do not defrost them. Hope you enjoy this recipe Nancy!

Will have to try the slow cooking idea. Suggestion: In future, repeat the question and then answer it. Couldn't hear the person reading the questions. I thought this was way too long. Could stop for 10 minutes for example, and resume.

i tried making this but didn't have shrimp. So i used ground beef instead. I didn't much of the other ingredients so i used taco seasoning instead. i served it in taco shells. My husband never liked Pil Pil shrimp before, after i made it, he asks for it all the time!! the kids love it too.

I tried this cooking method with scallops and it worked great. They were cooked and tender, more so than a sautee pan cooking method. I used garlic, onions, frozen cut green beans and scallops with your mederterrain seasoning and s&p.

This recipe is very similar to Shrimp Basque from the Basque region of Spain. The dish is normally done in a small frying pan with olive oil and garlic.

A knife DRAWER? wow. I have one old knife I got from goodwill and one of those tiny ones I think I still have from my mom who had it as a kid. Lol. Anyone have any tips for a germaphone working with chicken? I wear gloves and all but I still wash and bleach everything obsessively at every step because I'm afraid of salmonella so chicken is SO frustrating to use. I would love to do food prep but it's just SO much work using chicken for me.

Andrew, I admire and love what you do but in your kitchen can you please stop wiping your mouth and nose with your paper towel and then touching your surfaces such as your benchtop, chopping board and at one point wiping your knife with it... this isn't bizarre foods.

It’s not a vein, but an intestine filled with poop. The blood circulatory vein is on the other side and it is blue in color. Shrimp blood is clear color. I had the opportunity to eat the best roasted lamb in South Africa. I had a nibble from the whole carcass. Just beyond delicious. Very memorable. I tried Kudu, but I found it very gamey. It was not my cup of tea. Zebra tasted better.
