Chocolate cake.
Simple and yummy!
flour 00 150 grams
butter 200 grams
dark chocolate 160 grams
sugar 150 grams
unsweetened cocoa powder 30 grams
eggs 4
baking powder 8 grams
salt 1 pinch
To decorate
powdered sugar to taste
In a bowl put the soft butter at room temperature, the sugar and a pinch of salt, work the mixture with an electric whisk until it becomes creamy. Incorporate 2 eggs and then half of the melted dark chocolate at room temperature.
Then, while working with the whisk, add the remaining 2 eggs first, then the remaining melted chocolate.
Work the mixture until it is smooth.
Finally, incorporate the sifted flour, cocoa and baking powder.
Transfer the mixture into a 22 cm diameter springform pan lined with parchment paper.
Level the surface and transfer to a preheated static oven at 180 °C - 255°F for about 55-60 minutes.
After about 40 minutes of cooking, cover it with a sheet of aluminum foil.
Remove from the oven, let it cool down and take it out of the mold, transfer it to a wire rack and let it cool completely.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
