Ingredients:
One Slab of Baby Back Ribs
All Purpose Flour
Creole Seasoning
Stick of Butter
10 oz. Tiger Sauce
Hot Sauce to your Liking
Splash of White Vinegar
Procedure:
1. Square Baby Back Ribs up by removing any "knuckles" or cartilage tips off.
2. Trim end flap meat off ribs.
3. Cut rack of ribs into individual ribs, trying to get uniform size.
4. Mix a good amount of Creole Seasoning with All Purpose Flour.
5. Dredge Ribs in Seasoned Flour.
6. In a deep fryer preheated to 330 degrees, place ribs into fryer basket one at a time and fry for about five minutes.
7. After five minutes, shake the basket to ensure the ribs are separated and fry for another 5-6 minutes.
8 . A good sign that they are done is that the marrow will ooze out of the end of the bones.
9. To make the sauce, in a sauce pan, combine the stick of butter with 10oz of Tiger Sauce, Hot Sauce to your liking and a splash of White Vinegar. Heat until fully incorporated and remove.
10. Take cooked ribs and swirl in sauce and serve. These will have a fried pork chop type consistency and a taste that will knock your socks off!
