Clam Soup or Lala Soup we called it in Chinese cuisine.
The soup normally prepared with some stock, by adding some ingredient
to the for seasoning like salt, pepper, ginger, chilli.
These ingredient will brings you the fragrant and the fresh taste of the clams.
And we believe that this clam/lala soup will help to reduce the alcohol level while hangovers. Its really refreshing.
This is my favorite dish too in Japanese restaurant.

上汤哈或者华人叫法是上汤啦啦。
这道汤是用一些高汤,然后再加入些调味料,比如盐,胡椒粉,姜,辣椒等等。
这些配料的香味都会啦啦的鲜味都带出来。
我们也相信这道上汤啦啦能够在我们宿醉的时候把酒量调低。很提神喔。
在日本餐厅,这也是我喜爱的一道美食!!
