Sacroiliac Joint Dysfunction (SIJD) is a common condition that effects the joints in between the sacrum and the pelvis (iliac crests). SIJD can cause pain in the lower back, pelvis, hip, and groin, and may refer pain, tingling, or numbness down the leg.
Join me as we use our hands, our bodyweight, a massage ball (can also use a lacrosse ball, tennis ball, etc.), and gentle stretching to alleviate pain by releasing the tight muscles and fascia of the lower back, sacrum, and pelvic regions. Get ready to massage away your pain.
