This prenatal yoga class for back pain will help relieve any lower back pain you may be experiencing.
Mama & Bump has classes for each trimester. Each yoga class is designed for your current stage in pregnancy, helping you feel calmer, stronger, and more flexible during this beautiful pregnancy journey.
Trimester 1
Class 1 - Feel calm and grounded
Class 2 - Heart opening flow
Class 3 - Hips and hamstrings stretch
Class 4 - Upper body flow
Class 5 - Calming yin yoga
Trimester 2
Class 1 - Full body flow
Class 2 - Yummy hip stretch
Class 3 - Spinal rinse flow
Class 4 - Gentle yoga for back pain (this class)
Class 5 - Pregnancy friendly sun salutations
Trimester 3
Class 1 - Gentle body flow
Class 2 - Grounding flow
Class 3 - Yummy hip opening
Class 4 - Relieve tired feet
Class 5 - Rest with props
