Join me for this super fun and dynamic yoga flow inspired by primal/functional movement and animal flow, and combined with vinyasa flow.
This practice is great to build full body mobility, strength, body awareness, power and coordination.
Moving from breath to movement without many rests, this yoga flow is also great to build endurance, especially if you repeat the main sequence a few times.
You can use this flow as a workout on its own, or as a warmup for any other sport that you practice to balance out any ways your body might be compensating as a result of your other physical activities.
