Love your videos! Yes! I have learned over the years by a lot of trial and error with my own body calories matter no matter what diet plan you follow. When I first learned to eat low carb/keto many years ago, I made the mistake by thinking I could eat unlimited amounts of fat and still lose weight. MISTAKE! I was probably burning the fat I consumed and not the fat on my body. When I want to lose weight I know I need to watch my fats including calories to be successful. Btw… unfortunately many people think just because they do IF they can eat anything they want. Thank you for sharing the importance of eating healthy.

My favorite plan is 16/8 2MAD + a protein shake or bar

@@MikeCola I'm doing same! My first meal is about 9am , my second meal is protein shake only (water, protein powder, tablespoon of cocoa and coconut powder), and my last meal is about 5pm.

Maybe intermittently… it’s hard to eat enough protein as a vegan with one meal.

@@MikeCola - I am currently OMAD, my third day; I like it and will continue for now - eating in a 2 - 3 hr eating window. I'm not worried about "protein" at all - ... I eat what I like, plants only, large plate - fill up my belly ... and today I'll make a soy milk smoothie with added powder, fruit, and main meal. I watched videos on some OMAD vegans. instead of focusing on protein, I prefer to focus on getting enough food, with variety, fibre (fiber), and I like IF. Am keeping my calories enough I think. I like yr videos 💛💯
