The first recipe I propose is a very simple Pasta with asparagus, eggs and Parmesan. It is a dish that combines the creaminess of eggs, the strong flavor of Parmesan and the sweetness of asparagus. A true delight for the palate, perfect for a quick but nutritious lunch.
