Ingredients:
60c.c. milk
140g cream cheese
40g unsalted butter
50g all purpose flour
15g cornstarch
5 eggs
100g sugar
Method:
In a pot, low heat, milk, cream cheese, butter, sugar - melted, mix well.
Off the heat. Pour into another bowl.
Seize the flour, cornstarch into the mixture and mix well.
Separate the egg yolk from the eggs.
Add 5 egg yolks into the mixture one by one, mix well.
Beat the egg whites, add sugar spoon by spoon and beating until soft peak.
Stir 1/3 egg whites into the batter, mix well.
Folding 1/3 egg whites into the batter and stir until mix well.
Folding the remains egg whites into the batter and slowly stir.
Preheat the oven to 120C.
Buttered the mould.
And then pour in the batter, tapping the mold a few times.
Pour some hot water into the bigger baked tray, and then place the cake in the center.
Put the cake into the oven and bake for 20 minutes 120C.
Turn the oven to 150 and bake for 12-15 minutes.
Lower the heat to 100C and bake for 40 minutes.
Off the heat, open and close the oven door and let the cake in the oven for 10 minutes.
Let the cake cool down and remove from the mould.
