Cette vidéo traite du concept de profil optimal en détente verticale pour améliorer sa capacité à sauter. Un meilleur équilibre entre les qualités de force et de vitesse va permettre de progresser en individualisant le processus d'entraînement.
Pour ce faire, nous aurons besoin d'évaluer le profil force-vitesse-puissance de notre sportif, pour ensuite renseigner le document Excel permettant le calcul du profil optimal.
Pour se faciliter la démarche, nous utiliserons ici l'application smartphone MyJump2, validée scientifiquement, qui permet de mesurer une hauteur de saut. Evidemment, si vous possédez un Opto-Jump, une plateforme de force ou un tapis de Bosco, vous n'aurez pas besoin de celle-ci.
En fonction du déséquilibre ou de l'équilibre de celui-ci, nous obtiendrons la prescription d'entraînement nécessaire à l'amélioration des qualités mécaniques.
Nous voyons donc différents exercices qui permettent de travailler en Force, puissance-force, puissance, puissance-vitesse ou vitesse.
