Featuring floating standing balances like warrior 3 and half moon from yoga, and graceful but strong movements like flying crane from qigong.
We also work the core intensively, focusing on the abs, glutes and thighs to strengthen and tone the whole body. It also features the option for my dreaded pistol squat 😉
Although the purpose of yoga to me is not to lose weight, to slim down, or burn calories, this sequence will inevitably contribute to those goals if you have them.
