I'm a 2:39 marathoner interested in all disciplines of functional fitness; running, powerlifting, martial arts, calisthenics and holistically strengthening the mind to improve physical performance.
A sporty kid who lost touch with physical recreation once starting his professional career, eventually spiraling into a depressive episode - work, sleep, party, rinse, repeat.
Today, I exercise for the purpose that the process of training for a competitive event provides me.
My goal is to inspire my younger, depressed self by educating, providing knowledge, and opening up about my life experiences (good and bad), perhaps, you will relate.
