Creamy Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts make cubes
Salt and black pepper to taste 1 Tea spoon
2 tablespoons oil
1 small onion/ capsicum /beans /, cubed and javelined cut
2 tbsp ginger& garlic, minced
1 egg
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon soya sauce
1 tbsp corn flour
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1Tsp chilli flakes
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Prepare the Chicken:
Season the chicken cubes with salt and pepper egg soya/ cumin powder /salt
Cook the Chicken:
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the chickencubes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Make the Sauce:
corn flour put 3 tbsp of water dissolve it
In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and cook for about 2-3 minutes until it becomes translucent.
Add the Veggy with ginger / garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant. and add fried chicken cubes
Pour in the chicken broth,or water add mayonnaise/ and cream
Reduce the heat to medium and stir in the heavy cream.
stirring constantly until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
Combine and Simmer:
Return the chicken breasts to the skillet, nestling them into the creamy sauce.
Sprinkle the coriander leaves over the top.
Let everything simmer for about 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together and the sauce to thicken slightly.
Serve:
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
Serve the creamy chicken over rice, pasta, or with a side of vegetables.
