Golla Kabab #kabab
"Gola kabab" is a popular South Asian dish made with minced meat that is seasoned, shaped into balls, and typically grilled/ fried or roasted. The term "gola" means "ball" in Urdu/Hindi, so "gola kabab" literally translates to "ball kabab."
Here's a basic recipe for making gola kabab:
Ingredients:
1000 grams of minced meat (beef, lamb, or chicken)
2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
1 lemon juice
1 Tablespoon soya sauce
1 Egg
1 onion, finely chopped and crushed with 10 -12 mint leaves and squeeze the water out from onion
2-3 green chilies, finely chopped
! ttable spoon coriander powder
1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
Salt to taste
Bread slice 4 in number make crumbs
1 Teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1 tea spoon cumin powder
Oil for greasing
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine the minced meat, chopped onion squeezed, red chilli flakes , ginger-garlic paste, fresh coriander leaves, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt soya sauce / egg black pepper . Mix well to combine all the ingredients evenly.
Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into round balls, similar to the size of golf balls. Place them on a plate better to use the steek sticks .
Preheat your pan with water and put some strainer done . put all the Golla Kababin layers
leaving some space between each kabab.
Steam them for about 15-20 minutes, turning them occasionally to ensure even cooking. and fry them in shallow pan They should be golden brown and cooked through.
Once cooked, remove the gola kababs from the pan and serve hot with your favourite dipping sauce or chutney.
Gola kababs are often enjoyed as appetizers or as part of a larger meal with rice, bread, or salad. Feel free to adjust the seasonings and spices according to your taste preferences. Enjoy your delicious gola kababs!
