Shoulder notes:
If elbow farther away from hip it's easier on the shoulder.
Let the shoulder slide up the ribs.
You can also pile up pillows, or the armrest of a sofa, to support the upper ribs/shoulder.
Remember, do not go into any strain, discomfort or pain while doing these movements. These are the practice videos for my clients.
