We are at the beginning of November and here is an example of a complete seasonal plate! 100% vegetable!
For 4 people:
RÖSTIS at the Vromage
- Boil 10 minutes 1kg of potatoes in salt water. Then let them cool down.
- Shoot them
- Add chives and vromage of your choice. Mix and form dumplings with an ice cream scoop.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes at 200 °.
And it's ready!
SOUP OF carrots with orange & smoked paprika
- Roughly cut 5 carrots and boil for 15 minutes with a pressed garlic clove.
- Mix! And add 1/2 orange juice and 1 sm of smoked paprika.
Decorate with a hazelnut crushed and some orange zest
Mushrooms
Grill 1 tray (500g) of small mushrooms, 1 block of smoked tofu and 3 shallots with margarine, maple syrup, salt and pepper. And that's all !
Think about raw vegetables! Here spinach leaves, black radish and sprouted seeds.
And I also wanted steamed white leek that I added to my plate with mustard sauce and decorated with seeds (poppy and hemp)
