In this channel, I cook and share recipes. Mostly, I cook Asian and Western. I used to work in a commercial kitchen for many years during college cooking mainly soups. I am not a professional chef. I'm a foodie with kitchen knives with a pantry full of spices. With my Korean heritage, I do tend to cook more Korean dishes but I cook everything else too. Good food from every culture is beautiful. I also fish, forage, hunt and tend to cook those ingredients in interesting ways.- 7:23
