🍅 2 cans of chopped tomatoes (400g)
🥤 Water 200ml
🧀 250g ricotta cheese
🧀 200g grated mozzarella
🧀 50g grated parmesan
🌿 1 teaspoon dried oregano
🌿 1 teaspoon dried garlic
🌿 1 teaspoon paprika
🌿 1 teaspoon dried basil
🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
🌿 Fresh leaves for decoration

🍳 In a large frying pan or deep saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until soft and golden.
🥩 Add the minced meat and cook until brown and tender. Drain off excess fat if necessary.
🌿Press the garlic, add salt, basil, paprika, oregano and pepper to the pan, adjusting the amounts to your taste.
🍅 Add 2 cans of chopped tomatoes. Water 200 ml, Mix well and let it boil on a low heat for about 10-15 minutes or until the sauce under the end thickens slightly.
🍝 Incorporate the pieces of lasagna sheets into the meat sauce, mixing them well so that they are completely covered with the sauce.
⏰ Let the lasagna simmer for about 20-25 minutes or until the lasagna pieces are tender and have absorbed the sauce.
🧀 Meanwhile, grate the parmesan and mozzarella and mix them with the ricotta cheese, according to your preferences.
🔥 When the lasagna is ready, sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and grated parmesan over the surface. Cover the pan with a lid and let the cheese melt for a few minutes.
